No. The drive on beach prohibits dogs. Though I have seen people drive to the jetty that separates the drive on beach from the park beach then carry their small dogs to the park beach. I would not recommend trying this with a dog you can't carry or when it's crowded enough the beach patrol is active. The beach for dogs is accessed through Smyrna Dunes Park.
