On October 20, 1946, Jerome and Della Green, along with Jerry and Clara Beran, leased a space and started a humble business with a small meat market inside a general merchandise store. Green’s Sausage House has evolved from a very humble beginning to our current establishment. During the seventies, their sons Marvin and Charles came into the family business and are still actively involved today. Although many of years have passed by, the original recipes are still used today. 73 years in business as of last week.
