I absolutely HATE the run around we get from this pharmacy! Always get told one thing and then find out it's the wrong date. They are never on the same page as if they never talk to each other. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used!

The pharmacist, Dr. Rancier and his staff were friendly and helpful. I was given a new medication for my shingles and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to take it. I was worried it might interfere with my others meditations. The pharmacist took the time to explain to me how it all worked and I watched while he looked up and read more about my other meds. He knew I was in pain and he wanted me to do what I could to take care of myself. To me this is a sign of good customer service. Sadly many medical professionals are lacking this today. We need more caring and concerned medical folks like Dr Rancier and his staff.

This is my favorite HEB. When i need to pick up my medication for myself or family, the techs and Pharmacist are always respectful, courteous, and have gone the extra mile for me when i left my insurance card. The Pharmacist is very knowledgeable about the medication and what to lookout for. I wish more place put people before profit. Thank you
