We came in maybe 10pm and greeted by Austin who was friendly. Only disappointment was the breakfast. We were not greeted by the "hostess", she did greet everyone after us and ask if they wanted eggs or something else (not sure what) made to order. We decided to stick to the scrambled eggs on buffet because that's what we eat. I believe it was $10.95 a person and the hot items on the buffet-bacon,sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs were room temp. Had to stop after the first bite. Glad the cottage cheese and fruit were cold. Kids ate muffins. As we walked away heard the hostess ask others If they wanted french toast. Would have loved that, as it would have been something hot. Was surprised to be charged for my 3 year old, especially the full price and she only ate 1/4 my muffin.

Well maintained place and great property. The staff is amazing! And welcomed us and our entire party with true hospitality! Big shout out to Pearl, Alma, Austin, Trey, and the entire front desk and F/B staff for the great service! (Sorry to everyone we forgot names of.) We are in the business and know how hard your job is, and keeping a smile is everything. We will be back! Cheers.

Bathtub drain was slow. There was a dirty hand towel between the dresser and bench. That is disgusting. There was food/drink in the fridge from the previous guests. There wasn’t a soap dish. The a/c unit didn’t dehumidify the room. It was always balmy in the room. The daytime front desk guy was not very helpful. I asked to change a channel on the tv in the lobby and he told me I could push the button on the back to cycle through the channels myself. My wife inquired about a late checkout with him on Sunday and without looking anything up he said no, without an explanation or apology. One treadmill was broken, and the other was missing buttons and the entertainment screen didn’t work.

10+ Stars for Trey such a great kind front desk guy! Our room was so nice and accomodating. Clean and so modern. My daughter and I really enjoyed out stay everything was perfect would stay again! Thanks Trey❤️👐
