Pepper Creek Trail Shelter

Few mile long trail, concrete road. A bit short for a bicycle, long enough for a run or a walk. Few sitting places, one WC in a plastic container. No lights for an evening road. Well yes it is a quiet walk in a mid city, but to call it a great outdoor park it is missing a lot of things.

Have been walking and running pepper Creek trail since I first came to Temple 12 years ago. They've added a lot to it, like the disc golf course, and extensions that go to the health plan bldg, crossroads park, and even across airport, so you can get good distance in if you want to.
