I heard great things about greens over the years and finally decided to give it a shot. I got two t bone steaks from here to throw on the grill and they were DELICIOUS! Their organic milk is also superb! I got the coffee milk and it was surprisingly awesome! I'll be going back to dine-in!

This is officially my favorite restaurant/diner! Think cracker barrel but with good food and awesome prices!I was shocked a place like this actually exists it's honestly like walking into another dimension! Has a home feel and the staff are down home and humble! Food was amazing nothing frozen! I will go here every time we are in area! Y'all are wonderful

Super friendly folks and always smiling. I drove well out of my way from Waco to get several pounds of the thick cut peppered bacon. Let me just say, it is totally worth the drive. I didn't try the cafe this time but I'll be coming back with the wife and we will have lunch and grab more of the backing! Do yourself a favor and make the drive.

I worked there for a short amount of time and I loved it. There is great people working there and that have been with the company for years it feels like family up there! The meat is the best you will get in town and the diner is awesome! You'll have to try it yourself! Everything is hand made and frash to order!🥰

Yes there're amazing. I go there from Florida a couple of times a year for a sausage burger(s).
You'll want to stop by and stock up. We have an amazing variety of meats and cheeses in our meat counter! And lots of specialty items in our grocery store. Not to mention all the tasty items served up in our cafe. Hope to see you soon Wanda!
I believe their practices are both reasonable and provide safety. All employees wear masks. They are still managing a reduced capacity in their dining area. Their shopping area has directional assistance to avoid customers bulking in an area. They also have good and clear spacing indicators when getting in line for purchases. They are very well staffed so wait times are minimal or non-existent. The dining area, while currently a little closer together than in the height of safety protocols, still provides good distance and all diners I have experienced have been very respectful of each other.

On October 20, 1946, Jerome and Della Green, along with Jerry and Clara Beran, leased a space and started a humble business with a small meat market inside a general merchandise store. Green’s Sausage House has evolved from a very humble beginning to our current establishment. During the seventies, their sons Marvin and Charles came into the family business and are still actively involved today. Although many of years have passed by, the original recipes are still used today. 73 years in business as of last week.
Pork products are their speciality. Never seen any chicken products, ever.
