Stellar Insight (Mick)
When we arrived it was pretty busy. We didn't have to wait for than a few minutes in line to get to a cashier. We decided to do the summer madness deal($18 for 1hr bowling, laser tag, unlimited video games) for 3 people and upgraded it to the VIP lanes. We played games while we waited, which was only around 40 minutes. We had alot of fun bowling. The lanes were very clean and looked great with the disco style lighting. We ordered drinks and a brownie sundae while we were bowling. The lane (21) did lock up a couple times but the attendants fixed it within a few minutes. After were finished the hour of bowling we went back to the video game area. We really enjoyed the basketball connect four and the other competitive games. Overall we had a great time and the staff made the experience great. Will definitely be back next time we are in Temple.

Took my family and they loved it, from bowling, to go kart racing, and laser tag was fun, everyone is so amazing, I am so happy since moving from Austin, If you haven’t been to Spare Time, then what are you waiting for?

Very nice place with lots of entertainment (bowling, arcade, batting cages, climbing, volleyball...) and food (the place has multiple bars!) options - but I can't figure out why - with all the space they have - did they build a kiddie karting track (short, simple, and narrow) when they could have built something awesome (like the COTA Karting Track or Houston Karting Center or Speedsportz) with faster karts that require a helmet. That said, lots of people where karting - so maybe they know their market and are serving them with what they want.

My family comes here every now and then and we always have a good time! We usually bowl, but my daughter loves the arcade too. They also have a pretty good bar. This past year, we had my little sister's birthday party here and it was a blast. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to host a great party for her.

Yes, we have free WiFi for all guests!
Yes, Spare Time in Temple has Go-Karts as part of our Shaker’s Backyard expansion.
Was planning on going there for my daughters birthday but not if we have to wear masks the whole time there
Doubtful. The vests and guns are attached.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own bowling equipment.
Depending on what you want bowling about $11 an hour but they have specials quite often for $16 and it's unlimited everything laser tag bowling and gameplay
How much does it cost to bowl
I can't remember exactly but it was less than $15 an you have to sign a waiver form if you've never been there before. It's definitely worth it though.
Nice place to enjoy with your family good snacks and drinks 🍸
I believe Bell county is currently at 75% capacity (covid-19), but that's expected to be lowered to 50% Wednesday.
Food is great! Nachos chili or chicken option, funnel fries, wraps, pizza and more
Robert, all of our clubs and leagues are off this week for spring break. They will resume again on Sunday the 22nd.
We do not charge any type of cover. All activities are individually priced.
There is no fee for admission. All activities are individually priced.
Our game prices range from $0.50 - $3.00 per play. As Jerl mentioned, we do have several specials that incorporate Unlimited Video Game Play. We are currently running Winter Madness during the weekdays before 5pm that includes this through Jan. 8th.
Pricing depends on the activities you wish to participate in. You can find all of our pricing here: https://sparetimetexas.com/activities.php
You can also look on their website for information.
Depends on when you go. During the weekDAY it cost $3.59 a game per person or $17.99 for the entire lane per hour. WeekNIGHTS it cost $4.59 a game per person or $22.99 for the entire lane and on weekends there is not an option to pay per game, it's by lane only which is $27.99 an hour. The shoes are $2.99 for kids up to size 4.5 and sizes after that are $3.99 (adult). However, there is normally a package deal you can purchase that grants you access to everything in the place and then all you pay for is food and drink and extra play tokens if you want them. For bowling, because they get so busy, the best thing to do is to reserve a lane which you can do online from their website.
