No beaches in Okaloosa County allow dogs. The City of Destin has a non beach dog friendly park. If your looking for beaches that allow dogs there is one in Pensacola and another in Panama City. The one in Walton County is for their residents only.
I thought I read in ft Walton you could get a dog permit to take dogs on the beach
Okay I wasn't for sure.. I just know I saw dogs out on the beach. And out by the resorts. So I assumed.
