These guys are crooks ….I found a nice used Ford F-150 that NADA had a retail price of $54k (they were asking $61k) ….more disturbing was the fact my 2017 Nissan Titan XD diesel had a NADA trade in of $33k (they said the best they could offer in trade was $25k). I understand they need to make $$$$ but these guys are SHADY!!!

Had a appointment at 7:30. Got there at 6:15 to get in line. Not sure why they naked appts if they ate going to take 1st come 1st served. Waited just to be told they didn't have the part. Same thing happened in Pensecola World Ford a few weeks ago. Called the number on recall paperwork then. She scheduled the Ft Walton Beach FL appt. No call to say it's been canceled. Just plain wrong. Maybe I'll just pass the word on how good Ford stands behind its products. Really Sorry now I bought one. I drive 60 miles the 1st time and 36 Miles today. I think Ford should give me Free oil Changes for life. Risking my life and using my time and gas.

I was with gary smith 3 weeks ago. I had a problem with my store cover. When I went to the parts department and told them I bought it 1 1/2 years ago and no longer have a warranty. JO perfect took care of me he called Ford and told them what happened and I needed two small plastic parts. He said he needed 3 days. And when I came back after 3 days, jo gave me the parts. I recommend everyone to turn to jo. 5 Stars. And today I was there again to change my tires and a lady named KATHY ROGAN took care of me, she was very friendly and extremely nice, she helped me with all my problems, so 5 stars for her too.
