Kudos to Larry @ FWB for providing us with the prompt customer service we needed today. My car had to be towed to the service dept late last night. I called in the morning and again at 1600 for a status and was simply told there was none. I called Jeanie to request a loaner and she told me no, simply put. Out of last resort, I called Larry and within 2 minutes, he was able to provide me with a status on my vehicle (faulty ignition coil) with an expected turnaround time for part needed. Although I realize that some employees may be stretched thin already with their workload, it doesn't take much effort to go the extra mile in customer service. I HIGHLY recommend LARRY and hope Mercedes hires more quality folks like him!

Very good and friendly service personnel plus I was given the diagnosis and estimate within an hour. The repairs were done as soon as I approved all the most important items that I had gone to have fixed. Only thing curious was that I was advised to get a new battery and two new front tires and wheels lined up. Price seem fair
