Do they not have a phone or know how to answer a phone? Ive called 4x over a half an hour to try to book a birthday party for May and no one seems to know how to answer a dang phone!

Yes they have a phone and no they do not answer it.

Why not just stop by and book the party i work in same complex as cicis and they are packed all the time.

It is confirmed that they do have a telephone at this location. Most of the staff on hand are still aware of how to answer a landline phone, but they may need some additional training. This place books those rooms up quickly, so stay on top of it.

They answered when I called about 2months ago
