I brought in a few pairs of pants for them to make into shorts. I'm extremely happy with their quality of work. Very friendly! Will definitely recommend and continue giving them my business.

They did an amazing job of my daughters Prom dress at a price that was very reasonable. After the alterations, we had a little extra material left over, so they made a mask at no additional cost. Great customer service at a very reasonable price.

It pains me to write this review. The owner had an opportunity to make things right, but she refused to humble herself, and correct her mistake. Here’s what happened. I asked her to take in the waist on my 34 inch waist dress pants. She said that she could do the job. She pinned and marked my pants up. The fit was perfect around my waist. Then, I asked her, “so, what will the size of my pants waist be after the alteration?” She responded, “34 inches?” She even measured it. And I even asked her, “Are you sure?” Then, I showed her that the label on my pants read 34 inches. She still confirmed that after my pants were altered, the waist would be 34 inches. Now, I was really skeptical. I should have taken my pants and ran out the door. Yet, I didn’t. I had three pants of the same kind that I wanted to leave with her, but I just left the one. I did not feel comfortable about leaving all three. The next week, I went to try them on. I could not believe how bad they looked in the waist and in the buttock area. So, I came out of the dressing room with the pants on. You should have seen the look on her husband’s face, when I asked him, “How did my pants look?” He even knew that my pants were altered incorrectly. He quickly went to the back to retrieve his wife, who is the owner of the shop. From there, my customer experience hit an all-time low. The owner gave me an unforgettable lesson in poor customer service. First, she looked quite irate that her husband would suggest that she did not alter the waist and buttock area of the pants correctly (Note: I never said anything to her husband about the waist and buttock area of the pants.). Second, she doubled down in her defense by trying to convince me that I was looking at her work all wrong. I turned to see what her husband had to say about what she was saying. He was nowhere in sight (I don’t blame him.). I knew that I would not get anywhere with her. So, I took my pants and left to see if another tailor shop could fix her mistake. Based on another customer’s review, I had my suspicions about this shop. Now, my suspicions are confirmed. I will not return to this shop. I’m done. Based on the reviews, she seems to be good at the beginner and intermediate stuff such as hemming up pants and straps, and sewing on patches. Yet, she may need to outsource or hire someone to alter the waist and the buttock area of pants.

Have been taking suit, shirt, and pants alterations here for more than a year, likely pushing 40 pieces total by now. They perform the work to my liking, and it's always been 7-8 days for pickup...much better than many around the Tulsa area, both for speed and price. The last two suits I had them do were more difficult alterations, and both were done exceptionally well. Take the time to communicate what you want clearly and patiently (there is some mild language barrier) and you'll experience good results here.

I'm sure they would if they think it can be done.
Bring it in, they are good about fair pricing
I have gone there for years. I went in the other day to ask about a custom job and was treated horribly. I wont be back. But if you do go I'd have an appointment for sure.
