They are always very kind and welcoming. We've had multiple injuries with our dog and they always give us all the options rather than pressuring us one way. I've also had to take a few wild animals in that have been injured that they took in without issue. They have been very good to us.

Took about an hour to get a check up with a gecko, but there was a surgery going on so I expected that. Was pretty cheap even with medicine and the vet was very knowing! The front desk people are extremely friendly and loved my crested gecko <33

Absolutely love this place ❤ Dr. Setser is an absolutely wonderful person and I've always been able to trust him with any of my animals! He is perfect for anyone with exotic pets and is fantastic with my rabbit! I always know she will be taken care of there and by him! They are truly spectacular and so very compassionate and honest about anything that your pet needs! Dont even bother with petsmart or any other clinic, these guys are the best!

One of the best vets around ,if you don’t mind spending a little more money to make sure yr pet is well taken care of 100 percent . I have been to lots of vets before where they have lost my paperwork and there was times other vets had my pets peeing on their self before I got to the door . That’s when I new I have to find a better vet . Now village they treat yr pet like family and they take their time to make sure yr pets are well taken care of . My husky happen to eat 25 mg of gummy’s the whole bag 25gummy’s . Must I say she was on planet mars . The village took really good care of her kept her over the weekend . I was able to check on her at any time , they saved her life I must say . Thank you so much village for always doing a great job with panda .
