I love this carwash. It has a FREE vac.! I used it early on a Friday morning and Bryan was so nice and great customer service. He turned the vacs. on as soon as he saw me park and knew I was going to service my car.

Update May 3rd: nothing has changed. Still no tire shine in well over a month nor have the last set of drying fans been fixed. Someone replied to my previous post and said I, the customer, should put a request in to have them repaired. I will absolutely cancel my membership. Pretty good when everything is working right. Sometimes the tire shine doesn’t work. The last set of drivers hasn’t worked for a month or so. When it was cold I had to go searching for the attendant one evening. I found him on the side of the building hanging out in a car with someone. The upside is that it’s very convenient for me on the way home.

Auto wash does a good job. Just curious why attendants only pre spray the driver’s side. The passenger side vertical brush near end of wash sometimes hasn’t been working - was working on my latest visit. Love the new vacuum machines.

I have 3 cars on my membership. Quality has declined dramatically. One of the rotating brushes hasn't worked for for most of the last year and the tire shine hasn't worked for most of that time as well. I've talked to regional mgr. 6 months ago but only "we will check on it". Washed 2 cars this week and both still had lots of dirt on the back after and the side where the brush doesn't work. Thinking of canceling and using the one a mile down the road.
