I love Yale Cleaners, yes it cost a little more but the coupons they give you makeup the difference. But the quality of work is outstanding and your clothes look fresh and new. You get your own bag with your name on it, so you can bring your clothes, and there ready in a day or two. They also clean bed spreads and drapes. Thank you Yale Cleaners.

Great place! Friendly employees, always some one on staff. Willing to help save you time and money by making sure any discounts get applied. I take my stuff there all the time. Price is very competitive and they are willing at times to reduce price depending on invasive of cleaning.

This has been by far the worst service I have received at a dry cleaners. I have figured out that even though this is a well-known company it means absolutely nothing. I took in a black jacket which needed to be cleaned. It wasn't in the best condition. Once, I went to pick it up and got home to my surprise it looked the same or far worse. It was covered in dog hairs and gray hairs.If my jacket was unfixable I would have appreciated an explanation beforehand. I would not recommend this particular Yales location to anyone. First time going there and very dissapointed with their service.
