This branch beyond sucks. Today I needed to deposit one singular dollar in cash into my account to cover a check I wrote. The teller needed my ID to complete my transaction....yes, seriously. One dollar, ya'll. Smh. ALSO, I wrote a check to pay my rent in March and mailed it. The postman delivered it to the wrong address. The person or business that recieved my check CASHED IT ON MY ACCOUNT WITH NO SIGNATURE and this bank overdrew my account past my overdraft benefit. They cashed a check out of my account when CLEARLY the person cashing it was NOT the person it was written to. And trying to get them to help me correct THEIR mistake was a complete and total nightmare.

Go to the chase on 41st and Garnett. This one in broken arrow is so rude. Tried to change my name in my account due to marriage and they told me they wouldn’t do it. I even called corporate to ask what I needed and I had all of the documentation they said I needed. 41st and Garnett is so professional and know what they are doing. Don’t waste your time at this chase in broken arrow.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Went to withdraw money with my ID which wasn't good enough?!?! They required another form of ID or else they wouldn't let me withdraw! Never had any issues like this with my other bank!

This banking center is consistent only taking forever to utilize. I have never waited longer in any drive up situation anywhere the average is 20 minutes. The longest I've waited in there drive up has been an hour. At the same time the tellers are totally inconsistent in their policies.. Sometimes they want ID sometimes they don't and say it's a necessary. Pick one so I can send the right thing in each time. It's totally annoying and is interrupting my work schedule.

I have tried to contact the over 20 times over the last 2 days and no one ever picked up - I even called other branches and they didnt pick up either ( supposedly the are busy with customers) so I got dressed and drove up there and no cars in drive thru or in the lobby - just to make sure I called from my car in the parking lot and still no answer - ( said busy with other customers - when I walked in they were talking between themselves - when I told them I have been calling for 2 days they claim they have been buy but when I mentioned that I had called from the parking lot just a minute before she quickly asked how she could help me - I scheduled my appt and tried to call back the next day (today) NO ANSWER - I called the main branch downtown who uses another number to contact them on - she assured me that if I called right back they would answer - guess what - NO ANSWER - called the main branch again and they transferred me this time -
