I went to this location for my covid test that I scheduled. I waited in line at the drive thru just for the pharmacy tech to tell me all covid tests were cancelled for the day because they were out of covid tests. I wasn’t notified by text, phone, or email about the cancellation. And I’m sure other people who scheduled were not notified either. This was so disappointing and frustrating 😡

MANY waited at the DRIVE THROUGH for ONE HOUR, but it was just SHUT DOWN at 2:45 PM on a Saturday! I had a covid-19 TEST SCHEDULED FOR MY TERMINAL ILLNESS' TREATMENT on Monday, BUT STORE WAS CLOSED UP! NO SIGN, NOTHING! ZERO STARS!!!!

This was the most Incompetent pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. Very rude would not give our two-year-old son his needed eye drops. She claimed there was not accurate instructions, Later my pediatrician claimed she did not know what she was doing because he sends it that way every time and has never had issues. They made us wait for 40 minutes to tell us they couldn’t fill it. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

In 2008 we moved back to Broken Arrow OK. Since there is a CVS about 4 blocks from our house, made it our main pharmacy. We're amazed by how many times they have messed up our orders! Losing our rx's, filling rx's we didn't request, telling us our rx's are ready then they aren't ready when we get there! On and on! So I am being kind when I gave 2** on the rating scale. Most recently CVS called me and said to call my doctor because THEY made the mistake... by requesting the wrong rx. WHY DIDN'T CVS call the doctor and make it right? So I missed my colonoscopy completely. My doctor called me and CVS trying to get it right but by then, we were in the midst of a pandemic! If they cared about my health they would be able to get an order done. l nearly have to follow up every time they call! Love the location! A grandson who worked at a CVS. HE switched to a local Walgreens! Pretty much says it all. HAVE A BLESSED EASTER DAY AND GIVE GOD THE GLORY 🙏❣️Word of the day: grace.
