I called this Walgreens a few weeks ago to inquire about the process around getting my sons passport photos taken there. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful, I knew I had to go to this Walgreens and not another location because she was so friendly and kind. When I arrived a few days later, however, I was greeted at the photo counter by a very unhappy shorter male with dark-hair. He did not smile. I don’t even think he greeted us. He was condescending and lacked professionalism throughout the entire interaction. I brushed it off as maybe he was having a bad day (which we are all entitled to) but how he treated us was so bad that I couldn’t shake it, even all this time later.

Wonderful customer service. Emily was cheerfully greeting everyone who came through the drive up window. She helped the ladies checking us in for our flu shots, and helped another gentleman find an otc drug. We were very impressed.

Inconvenience to me .Came by hours after my scripts was called in by my physician. Came thru the drive thru to pic up was told nothings been sent over by my doctor, I explain I just got off the phone with him and was told the script was sent over. The guy said will I see nothing but maybe it’s one of the voice message. He said the pharmacists is busy giving flu shots my question is why can’t the other pharmacists answer the voicemail. And fill the scripts so the customers don’t have to make extra trips for their scripts, especially when we are told no driving for 24 hours . Always a long wait time at this Walgreens. Very slow service. I’m sure considering changing by to CVS pharmacy . Just want to clarify, The manager Tai is the best when he helps me .
