The manager very unpleasant and reaked of alcohol and wasn't at all concerned about moderation of alcohol consumption and low self esteem obviously. Watched her with a park resident and could not have been more disgusted withe her treatment of one that contributes to her livly hood.

Great location! But if you are expecting a " resort" it isnt the place for you. Nice people around the park.

I have had my RV here for almost a year. It is a very quiet place. Owners are awsome! They are always helpful & kind. I feel safe here & like my neighbors very much !

Don't know if anything available but it's 420 per month. It's not worth the money though. The landlady is ride and is in drugs. She raises the rent all the time.

No, you can have cable installed. We lived there for over a year, and had Cox come out and install cable. Phone, and WiFi.
Yes they do allow this for long Term as long as it is in good condition. Keeping the RV park clean is very important to the owners. The Rates are currently $425 a month and this Includes Water Sewer And Garbage. And Yes they Have Laundry Facilities on site and a Shower and Restroom inside the Laundry Room.
