Can I use my own poles to fish off this pier? I also have a small fishing cart I carry on my things in is it allowed on the pier? TY

Yes to both. Nets are provided for the pier, so you don't have to bring one.

You are able to bring your fishing rods and the cart. Also, the best time to go is between 4PM and 8PM. $7 per person to fish there.

Yes as far as I know you still can carry your stuff on to fish as well as rent
