Who can I contact about hosting a Peer 2 Peer campaign fundraiser to fund more garbage cans in the park? I feel like my contribution for using the park is picking up trash but there is only one can on the side by the tennis courts.

The city manages the park. Call the office of recreation at the city or go to city's website.

Hmmm honestly I would start by calling the recs and parks Dept in the Colorado springs county offices. Not sure though
