Can you drive up to the campground in a car? Some posts suggest a 4×4 vehicle and I have seen in some picture a good level gravel road. Please help.

We drove the road from highway 12 in our Ram Pickup pulling a 27 foot travel trailer. It's a little bumpy with some pot holes, but if you go slow, you will be OK.

I've driven to the campground in a Honda minivan and a Honda Fit, both without trouble. You might have to drive around a few largish rocks.
