My wife and I decided to buy a washer and dryer set in Nov 9th and they haven't installed it yet. Every day are excuses for the delivery. They also did not come today. We no longer know what to do or who to turn to for help. Would you buy here?

Call customer service number and ask to speak to a MANAGER, ask for a discount for the inconvenience and delay and a tracking number on your order, if that doesn't work then cancel the order and go to Brandsmaart.
