Tried reaching the paint department. Left hanging for 20+ minutes; nobody seems to care enough to pick up the phone. Hopefully they get enough staff or the right staff.

I asked 2 people for help in the door area..no one ever showed up...I had to go to CS and have a really nice young lady get a manager for me...waited another 5 mins..he eventually came and was actually very helpful ...but prior to that wait time was ridiculous

I went there for house plants with my fur baby. I forgot to bring a towel to place in the cart. As I was going through the outdoor garden, I heard excuse me ma'am. I turned around, and an employee was handing me a piece of cardboard to protect my baby's paws. It's just the simple things that matter in life. He made my day extra special!!!
