I bought an electric chainsaw the Homelite 14 inch 9 volts + chain oil, a garden house, outside brush and clorox for the outside mildew end up spending including taxes $158 there was a young lady in the yard dpt at the bird rd & 112 ave i think by the name of Mary wich it was very helpful she was not wearing a name badge just an orange polo with the home depot logo.

DO NOT BOTHER BUYING ONLINE AND PICKING UP AT THE STORE. It is nowhere near as smooth as Best Buy or even Office Depot. I purchased an item on Home Depot online to pick up at the store in order to avoid the long lines for which this particular store is notorious. When I arrived I had to wait in an even longer customer service line, only to be told that the item was not ready for pickup, even though I received an email stating that it was. Now I had to wait again for someone to "bring it up from the back." Then I had to get back in the customer service line to get my receipt. I would have been in an out in 1/3 the time had I just skipped the online purchase which is a half-baked process - at best - at Home Depot.

Good luck with that! I recommend downloading the Home Depot app and get your answers there. It'll provide the location in the store and how many are in stock. At least in Miami, customer service is sketchy at best.
Ask in Customer Service, they don't do it that way, they tell you who does it.
Instead of renting equipment they have only one man, and the manaller does not help you. He replied that the manaller did not know that position, wait an hour twenty minutes.
