This Home Depot has very nice staff. Every time that i go there they helo me finding whatever i need. The only issue right know is that everything is getting expensive and not enough promotion.

My experience with this Home Depot has been horrible, regarding tinted paint. Long story short, I went with a sample I got from the same store to buy two gallons of the same paint. The employee mixed the paint but the finish was different from the one I needed. I need a matte finish, but instead I got eggshell. They Never mentioned the strictly return policy of Home Depot about mixed paints, never. So, when I got home found that the finish was diferente from the one I needed and already tried. Came back next day, and another employee told me that she can prepare the correct paint and then do an exchange at the register. AGAIN, no mention about the no return policy (final sale policy of home depot for paintings!). So, when.got to the register the manager told that too bad that their employees were not right, but now I have to keep the wrong paint and they will send the wright one to Behr. Or, I can buy the new one for a discount. This is not right, you cannot really on a paper to indicate that something is final sale, that is a violation of my rights. I didn't know and clearly neither they were. So, my advice, try to not purchase paintings here.

They"ve gotten better at actually helping customers, with CSR that know where items are and don't have you running all over the store isle to isle. Great selection of items
