Placing an order thru the website has always worked the best, for me. Phone is the same thing. The site has an inventory locator that will tell you what products are in stock. The inventory can change daily as items are added and removed from the rotation. After I receive my confirmation email, I call after an hour or two and verify the order was received and filled. The call center has always been happy to check on order status, product availability and even Trulieve rewards points/discounts you have available.

Ordering over the phone is the same as online (if you know what you want) however going in person they usually have things in stock even though they say they are out online or over the phone, however if you need advice or help with the order I would definitely call they are very friendly and glad to assist in any way they can!
