Service animals are always allowed with no fee whatsoever. If your dog is not a service dog and it's just a regular pet, then they do allow that as well but they will be a pet deposit. Got to pick up after Your dog. And you don't need to remain on the lease while going from your room to your vehicle
There were people with pets there. Not sure about the property's policy.
