what are you allowed to bring in to the park?

No outside food, glass containers, weapons

I don't think you can bring in any glass containers, only plastic. No alcohol. Water bottles need to be sealed or empty. You can fill empty water bottles at the drinking fountains.

I took in food and water bottles and they were fine with that.
