Is the water and rides on one location

Ues all on one side, closes at 7pm. Other side has a few "clothes on" water rides to cool down later

Yes, same property, but they have different rules. Dont walk into the rides area in only a bathing suit. Unless you are built like Thor.

Yes the entrance splits the two areas, so they are separated a bit, but both on the same property and both are included in price. If you buy tickets online or at the RV park, you can save a few dollars.
