Anytime. If the store is closed, just drive in and find a site. They will find you in the morning if you don't go to the store and pay. They are pretty cool here. But don't try and get over and not pay, or they will kick you out.
U can go in find a spot park set up and sleep through the night then pay next morning. My uncle comes through all thr time like at 2 am and parks and goes to sleep
