The park is, yes. The cave trails are not. They warn you prior to the descension that it's physically demanding and not for everyone. The cave is absolutely not wheelchair accessible.

The caverns themselves are definitely not wheelchair accessible. There are stairs at some locations inside the caverns. At the start of the tour you are told that it is also physically challenging due to the changes in elevation you have to go through. The tour allows for short stops with benches.

Definitely not handicap accessible and better be ready to climb down and back up alotta stairs it's a workout

The cavern trail is not wheel chair accessible. There are regions in the cavern which has steep climb and at least some regions are physically challenging.
