You can never say Shaine (Buddy) the cart pusher is rude. He will happily help anyone and make everyone around him happier.
This has been the friendliest Wal-Mart we have been to.
I think that has a lot to do with the ppl that they deal with everyday.
The store has cut employees. Everyone is unpaid and overworked
Store #2485 is mismanaged. I have literally had to leave my cart full of groceries in the checkout line 3 times within the last month. I used to be a CSM for store 2585 about 8 years ago. If our checkout lines were backed up, we called for help from other departments. If they were unable to get to a check stand, you would see members of management jumping on a register to help. We also followed the 10 foot rule. Smile and greet any customers within 10 feet of you. This was an absolute must! Unfortunately, things have gone severely down hill since my departure from store 2485. There never seem to be enough cashiers. There are certain times during the day that are obviously more busy than others. Still, the front end is understaffed. The employee turnover calls for more cashiers to be hired and trained. They are immediately bombarded with customers who have often been waiting in line for an unexpected, and unexcusable, amount of time.

It's is the Ponderay Walmart I agree some of the new hires that they've hired are rude as can be they don't say excuse me they don't talk to you when you walk by I don't know what's going on there used to be a 10 ft rule
