Called to arrange a surprise for my sister to get her favourite flower and everything was set. I live in Canada and had no way of seeing the item so had to trust the staff. It gets delivered by a friend to my sister and it's the wrong species. It's like a plant that has some of the same name but didn't look at all like what my sister loves. Really sad that there's no returns. I spent over $50 Canadian for my sister to get the wrong plant and there's nothing I can do about it now that she has it.:(
