In the middle of a cross-country move to Alaska I had the unfortunate experience of gouging a hole in one of my tires at the Green Bay campground south of Sandpoint. Mildly worried that this would set us back several hours and many hundreds of dollars, we set out for Les Schwab the following morning. To my surprise, I was fixed up with a new tire in less than an hour. The team at Les Schwab was very professional, the work was top notch, and the price extremely reasonable - and on a Saturday morning no less! Thank you for taking care of me and my family, I had never heard of Les Schwab before this trip but I will forever be a customer if I move near one of their service centers in the future.

Getting pretty disappointed with the Ponderay store. Staff is very nice and helpful, but there quality of work has gone down hill over the past few years. We have had to take our car back two different times to have the tires rebalance an my truck a couple of times. So you have to sit around and have them rebalanced
