Very very slow at getting me to my appointment. I was there early, by the time I finally got in it was 20 + minutes after my appointment time. The “Doctor” looked at my concerns on my face and told me that I could use “organic acid” on my face!!!!!! ACID really! Does it make a difference if it is “organic”? What kind of “Doctor” would recommend this?!?!? Will never go back there again. Went to Advance Dermatologist and got treated 100% better. Go to Advance Dermatologist, the Doctor are knowledgeable, you get in on time of your appointment, not so high price either. This place was the worst!

I love NID's products, specifically the hyaluronic acid, retinol, and moisturizer. The texture of my skin and fine lines have definitely improved since I started using them a year ago. Even the vertical line between my brows has significantly diminished. The Ponderay office is often out of the products but the main office in CdA is always accommodating and is willing to ship to you for a small fee. This is an awesome practice and you'll be in great hands.

If you need any type of skin issues this is the place you want to go for fantastic service. Starting at administrative check in (Bridget, Angie), to nursing staff (Elizabeth), to the doctors (Dr. Rodriguez) you will be treated with exceptional service. Don't even consider any other clinic.

Both my spouse, Gordon and I feel blessed to have access to dermatology specialists such as these providers. I was treated very professionally by the staff members who looked at my skin and knew right away what I was dealing with and how to treat the rashes and skin growths that had worried me for a long time. My only regret is I should have made an appointment a lot sooner. I'm using the prescriptions and already my skin is clearing-up nicely and feels so much better. Thanks to Craig and Matt and the whole dermatology team.
