What is the difference between visiting Hiddenite mine and Emerald Hollow? Coming for a fun vacation but I'm also a Geologist.

hiddenite is the original area of mines. emerald hollow is a specific mine area with paid public access.

I have always heard it called Hiddenite mine, but the actual name is Emerald Hollow. We live close by and go often
