Todd the guy over the conover plant told me that the starting pay was $20 an hour, that alone made me walk out of the job I had to take the one he offered for CNC operator. I worked two weeks, and come to find out the pay is only $15 an hour. Every single thing that was told to me about the job was not true. They could run that business alot better if they would make some changes but that will never happen. Marty the plant manager in the hiddenite plant was very nice.

This is company responsible for 15 flat tire $ 2 brand new tires within 1 ur apart.,I have their garage with name & much mire. Called advised not their problem. Republic hauls trash I went to county regarding issue. So far after speaking with Josh Mitchell who ever he gave to, dropped ball! Nothing Nov2,2021 still no response from management, regarding their trash in my yard. I am out hundreds over flat tire & new ones; due to their tack strips & more. Carried by local trash company. Claim not their problem.
