The town is actually located in the state park. All camping trails lead to the town. It's tiny kind of like a food court In the middle off a state park. A 5-20 minute walk from any camp sites. They have bike rental, stores, an ice cream shop, and restaurant/bars.
Never heard of any such service there. The town is small though, you can walk or bike to wherever you want to go.

I don't think there's anything like that. There could maybe something local, but if you're looking for a ride service there and back I don't know of any. Once you're there many of the trail heads are within walking distance of the town though, so you could park at on one the many lots and walk to a lot of things.
