Go to Coudersport, Pa. Lot of paths up that way.

No. Mountain bikes or hiking in the summer. Snowmobile trails in the winter. Sugarloaf trails. Nothing for quads or sxs. Try Marienville Pa 3 hours north or Hatfield McCoy trails 3.5 hrs south. Mountain Ridge is 1 hour away but closed for the winter. Reopens May 2019.

I can't be 100% either, but my time there was just walking around what's left of the town. I've seen bicyclists though, I know it's different from off road though.

I cant say for sure but in my times there I never saw anyone riding them. The parks visitors are for the most part a bunch of millenial greenie leftists so I doubt it.
