Yes, what the other guides said. There are a few places that have a view of the falls that are easily accessible and don't require much walking or effort but if you want to be up close and personal with them you have 2 options. First one is to take the trail around to the falls which isn't difficult unless you have an impairment that disables you from walking any amount of distance such as COPD or a disability that impairs your mobility. The other option (and i definitely wouldn't recommend it) would be to just throw yourself in the river a bit upstream and float your way down to them, although it may be a bumpy ride that would most likely be your last, but hey, how much do you want to be that intimate with the falls? Lol. (Disclaimer: that second option is a joke. I assume no responsibility, legal or otherwise if you take that route. It's your life, do with it what you will.)
Either way, it is not a hard walk.
It depends if you want to just view the falls or be right by them. You will have to hike a trail to be right up beside them, but there are several great viewing places with easy access to parking.
Yes if you park in the right parking lot
