Yes, depending on the road. Some are small hilly dirt/gravel roads that are definitely not appropriate for towing vehicles. You should do your research first.

Don't try to take anything other than major roads. As a former Ranger, I can tell you that it's easy for RVs to get stuck. Especially if you're towing something! Even Highway 101 is kind of exciting in an RV - very hilly, very curvy. Be safe!

all of the roads we drove on were wide enough to drive. but two of the trailheads were at the end of a dirt road, were it would be impossible to turn around.
