Yes dogs are allowed except during water fowl mating season MARCH 1 TO JUNE 30. other times they need to be on leashes. Julia Davis park right across the street allows dogs all the time.
I been to the albertsons park in May and June and people had dogs ther e you can have a dog in any of the parks as long as they are leashed and you clean up after them
