Don't know about the price comparison, but they are much better!
I believe DD is probably pricier per donut than KK, although I have no hard data/personal experience to back that. The two products are different enough that I would argue they are impossible to compare- its like asking the price of apples relative to oranges.
Duck donuts are more expensive but a much better donut!

These donuts are like cake donuts instead of dough so yes they are pricey but worth it
The prices are higher than Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. The quality and taste is a significant improvement over Krispy Kreme, however. For the local military personnel, go in uniform to receive an additional discount.
Dunkin is about the same. But better prices
Krispy Kream is way cheaper, but no comparison when it comes down to taste. Try the caramel bacon donut
