The delivery of my pizza is always hot and on time. I was a Papa John's customer for at least 15 years and for the last 5 years they have been slacking on the customer service and the last order I placed they didn't even deliver it to my house at all and when I called the manager she had an attitude like I was lying, remember 15 years as a loyal customer and she didn't even try to make it right. Thank you for always making things right DOMINO'S!

Placed an order via the app and after a hour wait. I was notified that that I wasn’t getting the pizza and the restaurant refused to take my call so I could figure out why and now it’s too late.

Ive ordered from this location multiple times and almost every time they are short handed delivery drivers but still put estimated time 19-29mins but food doesnt show up till 2 hours later. They need to stop deliveries til they have the staff to properly do so.
