Best experience…EVER!!! I called about getting a new battery installed. Lee was AMAZING!! He gave me the price for the replacement. I went ahead and had the window regulator replaced on the same visit. They were super quick. We dropped the car off on Monday about 2pm it was ready Tuesday before 11am. I received a text letting me know my car was ready. I was able to click and pay online…and it was about $30 cheaper then what we were quoted!!! They were great. I would highly recommend Kings Grant Exxon!!

Very please with the service I received. They were very prompt and efficient with my state inspection and I didn't leave there feeling like I was taken advantage of like I have with other companies.

Last year during the summer my AC stopped working. Took my car to Kings Grant Exxon and they said compressor is bad, need new one. They put a new compressor in and AC was working again, however they put in the compressor crookedly so it was rubbing against a belt and shredding the belt over time. Mechanics do more singing than real work at that place. Would not take my care there again, EVER.

Customer service is excellent, everyone was so friendly and respectful and very accommodating especially Lanni, since I am pregnant and due anytime now. She made sure I didn’t have to much of a long wait. I highly recommend this place because the service and atmosphere of the business is welcoming and very helpful. They get things done in great timing and they take care of their customers.
