I’m blown away on my first visit to Duck Donuts! It’s astronomically different to any other donut place I’ve been to. There are no shelves of available donuts. Every single order is made after being placed. A machine churns out the plain vanilla base donut. Each of these then go through a dunk base coat, sprinkled toppings, and a finishing drizzle - depending on what you ordered, and completely customizable. We went with a traditional dozen for later. We also had a bacon egg and cheese, and a couple of donut sundaes, for eating at the store. Every one of them was exquisite!

I love this place. They are a bit slow since they do not have a lot of workers and everything is made to order. However, I don't mind that at all. The breakfast sandwiches and coffee are amazing and the donuts are the best! I definitely need to try some of their milkshakes...

Order in advance. They are made to order so they are nice and fresh. They are not cheap but if you are looking for a yummy freshly made cake donut this is the place for you. They also have these cute duck toys that are like collectable.
