No. This is a permanently protected park for the fragile ecostates and historical significance, and the signs usually are very clear about fires. Generally, in the city limits, fires are constrained to BBQ pits in open, public scapes, not extremely burnable landscape. I would except Fox Run park, though Black Forest had the most devastating fire in the city's history...
No BBQs or tables at the University Park entrance or at the pulpit Rock entrance. This is more of a hiking park.

Near pavilions, there are a few BBQ stands with a ppace to dump your hot coals in safely.
