Would like the ability to give 3.5 stars. Definitely love having a fabric store in town, but I was disappointed to see lots of empty shelves and limited products in some areas of the store. I was looking for material to make an Astrid costume (from How to Train Your Dragon). Regular prices are quite high, so they have to offer big sales just to make prices reasonable. I understand that inflation is hitting business (and consumers) very hard, but their regular pricing seems pretty excessive.

Maybe we should have avoided shift change, because we didn't encounter the friendliest of employees. I honestly don't think I saw one person smiling! When we asked for help in the fabric department we felt as though we were a bother. I will say the store has a nice variety of items, just not a happy bunch of workers.

The manager, Richard, on duty July 3rd was extremely rude to both customer and the staff. Myself and 5 other waited patiently in line to have fabric cut, there was only one very kind women at the counter cutting as quickly as she can as the store was closing in an hour and a half. She had about 5 customers including myself some with about 20 bolts to cut. Instead of getting help for his staff Richard kept announcing over the speaker a countdown of when the store closed. The customers started helping the employee l, laying out the fabric to cut, folding the fabric to speed up the process, so we can all get out for them to close. He however was just concerned about leaving early and kept storming past not offering a hand. I felt so bad for this woman and the other workers there that night as I saw how AWFUL Richard treated his employees. Only cared for himself. Joanns you need to DO BETTER and also fix the darn AC in this store for your employees as well as your customers. Absolutely unacceptable. Poor choice in management and awful environment.

This Joann’s has some of the most amazing staff I’ve experienced in a retail store. Every time I’m in, they are always so kind and helpful. Today was a tough day for them and they still showed poise and graciousness. They were severely short staffed but still handled customers kindly and calmly. Thanks for hiring great people and always having the things we need!

They are open. There's a limit to the number of people allowed in the store at one time.
They open at 10. They store is only allowing certain amount of people at a time. If you do go, make sure you have time and aren't in a rush
Yes, they have all the DMC colors, individuals, and sets of colors. They also carry a good variety of DMC #5 which is good for needlepoint.
A decent variety of fur fabric at this location.

Yes. They carry Simplicity, Vogue, McCalls, Burda, Butterick, Kwik Sew, and New Look. Plus a couple other brands I can't remember.
They sell iron on Embroidery letters and have a very small and eclectic selection of light fabric and felt letters. Although their store online has more.
