WORST LAUNDROMAT IN COLORADO SPRINGS! Staff exceptionally Rude! I was having a severe back spasm and took our foldable Laundry to the sitting area to fold while my husband took care of the rest. I was half way done when one of the staff came over and started yelling at me that I couldn't do it there. I told her that I was having a back spasm and she just kept yelling. I took my stuff back to my husband so we could packup and leave. I've never been treated so rudely. Highly recommend Laundry Lounge. Great facilities and great customer service.

What a waste of time. Showed up at around 3:15 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, May 26th 2022, as did about eight other people. The lights were off and the doors were locked. No note on either door explaining why it was closed. Called their business phone number only to get an outgoing voicemail and then finding the mailbox full when I tried to leave a message. As I said, what a waste of time. What a way to run your business! Now waiting to see if the owner will respond to this review and say WTH was going on with his business on May 26, 2022. Definitely not going to hold my breath though! As it stands now, it's crystal clear the owner has NO respect for his customers. Keep tuned in so we can ALL see his response...assuming there is any response at all. Looking forward to hearing your excuses.

Been coming here for 25 plus years. Service has always been good. But lately everything is going down hill. The washers on a Saturday morning packed with the laundry mats own use. You can't get a big washer because they had them all in use and cloths sitting in them. I had lost 2.00 on 2 of their machines and the assistant.... Refuses to reimburse me for their out of order machine. I am sad that they have down grades themselves to such a manner. Maybe since they have more drop off laundry then they can handle they should shut doors to public. Not really worth going when your waiting on them. To empty their washers .. Think I'll try the Laundry lounge down the street from now on. Ps God Bless your Assistant.

Very friendly personnel. Amber and Brianna we're both very helpful, patience, kind and friendly in their service. They have great machines that work well. Quality washers and dryers. In addition they do dry cleaning and laundry for drop-off. And you can see how hard they work doing other people's laundry while you're doing your own. Quite a bit of folding for what I saw. Yet it all looked perfect. Plenty of parking and they have different sized machines at different cost. I've been there at least six times and machines clean a dry very well. They have tables to sit down at. And the TV on the wall. I have had lots of questions on how to run the machine they've always been very patient and I appreciate that
